Coppice PFF Packaging in Keighley is hiring a Shift Maintenance Engineer to keep extrusion and thermoforming equipment running safely and efficiently. The role offers a £40,000–£44,000 salary, permanent full-time status, and a 3 on, 3 off rotating days/nights pattern.

As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our production operation, ensuring our extrusion and thermoforming equipment remains reliable, efficient and safe.
From carrying out planned preventative maintenance to responding quickly to breakdowns, you'll use your electrical and mechanical expertise to minimise downtime and keep production on track. Working closely with colleagues across Engineering and Production, you'll also contribute to continuous improvement projects that enhance performance, reliability and operational efficiency.
You'll be a proactive Maintenance Engineer with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills, who enjoys working as part of a team while taking ownership of technical challenges. You'll thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality and performance.
