Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in-store role focused on delivering great customer experiences and leading a busy store team. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate tasks, and act as the go-to person for colleagues across departments.

Applicants must be 18+, comfortable coaching others, and adaptable to change. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour and rises to £16.86 in M25 stores, with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week (roles from 12 hours also available).

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
