Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in our stores offers variety, teamwork, and daily challenges. You’ll lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience and support colleagues across departments.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week with shifts scheduled in advance. You’ll need to be 18 or over, and previous team leadership in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred. Pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
