Job summary

Tesco in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to help deliver great customer service in-store. You will lead a team, work across store areas, and be the go-to person for day-to-day operations, with shifts scheduled around availability.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Leading the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
• Working across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day-to-day operational queries.

• Confidently leading the store in the Manager’s absence.
• Making balanced, flexible decisions and adapting well to change.
• Coaching colleagues, giving feedback and role modelling great service.
