Hall & Woodhouse’s Monmouth Ash in Verwood is seeking a Shift Leader to join a friendly, welcoming team. The role offers £13.70 per hour, on-top tips, and a 60% meals discount while on duty.

• A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
