Job summary

Lulworth Cove Inn, part of Hall & Woodhouse, is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team in a stunning destination. Starting pay is £12.90 per hour, rising to £13.70 from April 1st, along with tips and exceptional benefits.

As a Shift Leader, you will oversee daily operations, manage safety procedures, and ensure outstanding guest experiences. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience as a shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Confident in overseeing safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented and detail-focused.
