Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is seeking a Shift Leader to join the Royal Lion team in Lyme Regis. The role focuses on day-to-day leadership in F&B, overseeing opening/closing and guest experiences in a busy, food-led environment with rooms.

Qualifications

• Experienced in hospitality, ideally with supervisory experience in a busy food-led environment with rooms.
• Shift Leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable.
• Able to oversee opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
