Job summary

Wonderful Wheatsheaf, part of Hall & Woodhouse near Salisbury, is seeking a Shift Leader to join our friendly pub team. You’ll lead daily operations, oversee guest experiences and support the GM in coaching the team, with a focus on consistent service and community atmosphere.

We offer £13.70 per hour, tips on top of base pay, a bonus scheme, 60% meals discount on duty, and a clear career progression path toward General Manager within the Hall & Woodhouse family.

Qualifications

• Experience as shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and commute reliably.
