Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is hiring a Shift Leader for our Manchester bakery. You will support the Store Manager to run late-night, high‑volume operations, lead the Cookie Crew and Delivery Drivers, and ensure exemplary customer experiences with strong brand standards.

You’ll coach and develop team members, manage on-shift performance, and uphold health and safety and food hygiene while driving sales through promotions and efficient labour use.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or senior team member role within retail, QSR, or hospitality.
• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
• Exposure to late-night or delivery-led operations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Commerciality & Shift Performance: Support delivery of store-level sales and labour targets during assigned shifts.
• Drive execution of promotions, upselling, and Limited Time Offers.
• Follow stock and waste procedures.
