Wingstop UK is seeking a Shift Manager to lead late-night operations across our busiest sites. You’ll run high-energy shifts, manage the team, maintain standards, and ensure every order is delivered quickly and to the highest quality.

Night shifts require quick decisions, a hands-on leadership style, and a strong sense of ownership. You’ll coach colleagues, keep morale high, and oversee close-down and handovers.
