Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping colleagues during assigned shifts
• Ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces are clean and well-maintained according to hotel standards
• Assign duties to housekeeping staff and ensure their completion
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards
• Conduct inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
