Job summary

Tesco is seeking a Shift Lead to join our stores, delivering great customer experiences and leading teams across daily operations. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day queries and coaching colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Hours are scheduled within availability windows with a guaranteed minimum of 16 hours per week, in-store roles for over-18s with strong leadership and communication skills.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
