Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Shift Lead to guide in-store operations and deliver a high level of customer service at our Waterlooville location. You will lead a busy team, coordinate shifts, and act as the point of contact for daily queries to ensure a smooth, welcoming shopping experience.

The role offers flexible scheduling with guaranteed hours and the opportunity to progress within Tesco. You will represent the store’s standards for service and inclusivity, supporting colleagues and customers

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks’ notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
