Premier Inn in York City Centre (Blossom Street South) is hiring a Duty Manager to lead the hotel during shifts, coordinating reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams to ensure a smooth and welcoming guest experience. You’ll thrive on problem solving, decision making and supporting guest needs in a busy environment.

You’ll be on the floor with your team, helping guests, coaching colleagues, and ensuring safety and smooth operations across the site.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts across the hotel and deliver clear pre-shift briefings
• Support and coach team members throughout the day
• Help guests with questions and sort out problems
• Jump in to support different teams, from reception to the restaurant
• Spot issues early and put them right
• Help keep guests safe and the hotel running the way it should
• Work closely with the Hotel Manager and wider leadership team
