Qualifications

• Experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in food service, ideally in fish and chip shop or fast-food environment, training and support provided.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, especially with food orders.
• Committed to high-quality, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the team by assigning tasks, ensuring smooth workflow, and motivating for excellent service.
• Provide prompt, professional guest service, address complaints and special requests.
• Oversee food preparation, ensuring quality, taste, and compliance with standards.
• Maintain adherence to food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness regulations.
• Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.
• Step up as shift leader when assigned.
