Houston Hot Chicken is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead our Dark Kitchen team. You’ll supervise staff, ensure quick, accurate order preparation and uphold food safety standards in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach Team Members, manage handovers and stock, and drive daily operational excellence with a hands-on, decision‑making approach.

Formación

• Experience in a supervisory or shift management role.
• Passion for food quality and getting things right.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, takeaway or QSR environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, motivate and support the team throughout every shift
• Keep service running smoothly, ensuring orders are prepared quickly and accurately
• Take ownership of food quality, speed and operational standards
• Manage the flow of orders from kitchen to collection and delivery
• Coach and develop Team Members through hands-on support and feedback
• Step in, make decisions and solve problems when things get busy
• Ensure food safety, health & safety and company standards are maintained at all times
• Manage shift handovers, stock controls and daily operational routines
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, stocked and ready for action
