Responsibilities

• Giving every guest a friendly, energetic and memorable welcome.
• Taking orders, answering menu questions and processing payments accurately.
• Preparing, cooking and serving food to our recipes and quality standards.
• Setting up and stocking workstations ready for service.
• Keeping the kitchen, restaurant and guest areas clean, safe and spotless.
• Working closely with the team to deliver a smooth and brilliant service.
• Supporting opening and closing tasks and helping managers resolve guest questions quickly and professionally.
