Houston Hot Chicken is seeking a passionate Shift Manager to lead from the front, run great shifts and help build the UK's most exciting chicken brand. You’ll take ownership of the restaurant during your shifts, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service and every order leaves the kitchen to HHC standards.

You’ll lead, motivate and coach the team, drive pace and energy, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and support training to help the team grow.

Formación

• Experience supervising or leading teams in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently.
• Capable of staying calm under pressure and making sound decisions.
• Passion for developing others and improving service standards.
