Smart Managed Solutions is seeking a Shift Leader for a prestigious Canary Wharf contract. The role covers day and night continental shift patterns, supervising the shift's day-to-day operation and ensuring planned preventative maintenance and reactive works are executed efficiently.

You will need strong knowledge of electrical systems, air conditioning, UPS, generators, and LV networks, with a focus on fault finding and cost-effective asset management. Training and progression are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Formally trained in electrical maintenance with wiring knowledge.
• Experience in planned and reactive maintenance on building systems.
• Proficient with electrical fault diagnosis and safe working practices.

Aufgaben

• Perform routine PPM on electrical plant per site schedules.
• Complete reactive tasks and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain faults and keep plant in serviceable order.
• Prepare method statements and risk assessments for tasks.
• Keep CMMS up to date with accurate data and closed tickets.
