Harry Ramsden’s Group Limited is seeking a Shift Manager to support the management team and lead shifts, ensuring high standards of service, food quality and cleanliness. You will drive guest experiences and act as a role model for our values on busy shifts.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to motivate teams to deliver outstanding performance. Ongoing training and development are provided.
