Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Shift Leader for the Stone site on a temporary ongoing basis, with potential permanent opportunities. The role is full-time with rotating shifts (06:00–14:30 and 10:00–18:30) and an hourly rate from £14.90ph, located in Stone, England.

You will lead and develop a team, ensure quality and safety, and collaborate with fellow shift managers to meet KPIs. IOSH or similar qualification and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure smooth operations.
• Proactive problem-solving and ability to adapt under pressure.
• Flexibility to manage changing priorities and working hours.
• IOSH or similar Health & Safety qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team to meet daily targets.

• Oversee training and development and provide feedback.
• Address issues promptly and ensure H&S compliance.
