Overview

You understand that the in-store customer experience is key. You enjoy discussing athletic sneakers and apparel as much as collecting them. You can naturally start friendly conversations, adapt to different customers, and resolve issues with a smile. You also like to teach others. As a team leader, you will drive sales to maximize profits according to division standards. Your performance will be evaluated based on your ability to meet personal and productivity goals. When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, you will assume leadership and managerial responsibilities.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Confident in engaging customers to provide an elevated experience
• Motivated by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Proactive in completing tasks without supervision
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with colleagues
• Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals
• Uphold quality and productivity standards across the store
• Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager
• Learn and share expertise about products and trends to meet customer needs
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
