Overview

It’s all about the in-store customer experience. If you love talking about athletic sneakers and apparel as much as collecting them, this role is for you. You should be able to start natural, friendly conversations, adapt to different customer types, and resolve issues with a smile. Leading the team, you will be expected to drive sales to maximize profits following division standards. Your performance will be measured by your ability to achieve personal and productivity goals. You will assume leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience
• Confidence and comfort in engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
• Motivated to achieve results through enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products
• Initiative to complete tasks without supervision
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Inspire and motivate your team to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable about all products and collaborating with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
• Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
• Maintain personal and team productivity goals
• Uphold quality and productivity standards across the store
• Act as a partner between customers, sales associates, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager
• Learn and share expertise on products and trends to meet customer needs
• Stay informed about current and upcoming products and trends
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment
