Job summary

B&Q Bishop Auckland is looking for a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and safety. This keyholder position covers early to late shifts, with a flexible mix of full-time, part-time or job share arrangements and a 36.75 hour week.

You will deploy colleagues, deliver excellent customer service and ensure the store remains a safe and welcoming place for customers and colleagues alike. A pension and generous holiday are part of the package.

Full-time equivalent £27,709.50 per annum + Pension + 6.6 Weeks Holiday

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6am to a latest finish time of 10pm. Role

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily. It’s B&Q’s ambition to make every customer count, so you’ll strive to ensure B&Q is a place colleagues love to work, and customers love to shop. In this role you will:
