Job summary

Muller Dairy in Severnside is actively recruiting a Chill Shift Lead to develop and empower our people, building a high performing team. You will coach and develop the team to achieve targets and continuously improve performance.

Responsibilities include creating development plans via LMS, driving OE initiatives, coaching frontline staff, and collaborating with other teams. We offer a competitive salary, up to 10% annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Creating and delivering development plans through LMS for own team aligned to OGSM
• Creating succession pathways both up through and across organisation
• High level problem solving capability and facilitation skills
• Go, look, see issues by visiting the workstation when called upon
• Coaching front line team members, enabling them to solve problems
• Uses PDCA techniques to follow problems through to "100 year fix" in real time
• Enabling team to create and deliver OE opportunities aligned to OGSM
• Encourages others to seek out improvement opportunities within the workplace and converts to own OE projects
• Owns and delivers OE initiatives and is recognised for these
• Drives OE opportunities throughout the team
• Supports team to demonstrate OE contribution through PDP process
• Looks and encourages others to find 'waste' opportunities in everything we do
• People management including delivery of performance review, development and coaching of the team and dealing with employee relations issues
• Collaboratively work with other teams to improve our business
• Health and Safety commitment demonstrated through go, look, see and put in place corrective actions
