B&Q Leominster is recruiting a Shift Lead to manage daily store operations and deliver a great customer experience. This full-time role involves supporting a safe, efficient shift, with early starts and late finishes and acting as the keyholder for the store.

You’ll lead a team, optimise deployment, and ensure customer service is at the heart of every decision, while promoting a positive store culture.
