B&Q Liverpool Shopping Park is seeking a Shift Lead for a 3-month fixed term contract. This part-time role (18.5 hours/week) pays £14.50 per hour, with a comprehensive pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

You’ll supervise shifts from 5am to 9pm, guiding colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll be the store’s heartbeat, ensuring safe operations, optimal deployment of staff, and a welcoming environment for customers and team members alike.
