B&Q Limited in Worcester is hiring a part-time Shift Lead (18.5 hours per week) on a permanent contract. The role offers £14.50 per hour, a pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.

It is a keyholder position with early starts from 6am to 10pm. As Shift Lead you will oversee your shift to ensure a safe, welcoming store environment, deploy colleagues, act as first point of contact for customers and colleagues, and keep operations running smoothly.
