Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work long hours (32+ hours generally required), including nights and weekends.
• Ability to successfully perform the job duties of all positions in the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shifts and/or work areas to ensure high quality products and customer service.
• Adheres to guidelines for each station, including dough management and product preparation.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage and maintains product quality and performance standards.
