CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking two experienced Handypersons for on-site roles in Birmingham. The position involves reactive repairs to building fabric, plumbing and minor groundworks, plus assistance with office moves in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 10:00 to 22:00, with an on-call rota and opportunities for training, progression, and development within a globally managed facilities team.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance or handyperson role.
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physically able to meet the demands of the role, including lifting, climbing and standing for extended periods.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out reactive building fabric repairs
• Perform general plumbing repairs and replace sanitaryware, including taps and toilet components
• Complete basic groundworks and landscaping repairs, including repointing, paving and fence repairs
• Undertake minor joinery and decoration works
• Support office moves and furniture relocations
• Ensure the site remains safe, tidy and presentable
• Carry out general site cleaning duties when required
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure work is completed efficiently and to a high standard

Shift-Based Handyperson - Birmingham - Global Facilities Management Organisation: FMCG

CBW Staffing Solutions are looking for two experienced and reliable Handypersons to join our client’s on-site facilities team based in Birmingham.

You’ll be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to the building fabric, plumbing and sanitaryware replacements, and small-scale groundworks such as repointing, levelling paving slabs and fence repairs. You’ll also undertake minor joinery and decoration work, and assist with office or desk moves when required.

This is a varied, hands-on role within a busy FMCG environment, ensuring the site remains safe, fully operational and well maintained.

We have two opportunities available, working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, 10am–10pm.

• - Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum
