We are looking for experienced and ambitious PSV Engineers to join Arriva, based at our Colchester Depot.

As a PSV Engineer, your role would involve carrying out planned and preventative maintenance, diagnostic fault finding, and reactive repairs to a fleet of commercially operated buses & coaches, adhering to the standards set by both Arriva and the DVSA.

The role will involve:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repairs to Arriva and DVSA standards
• Continuous improvement of vehicle reliability
• MOT preparation, planned preventative maintenance campaigns, and quality checks
• Vehicle fault diagnosis to ensure reliability and maintenance are kept to Arriva Standards (Higher than DVSA)

Requirements:

• Qualifications for PSV/HGV maintenance and repair - Minimum of NVQ level 3 or equivalent international qualification (confirmation required)
• A full UK driving licence (6 points or less)
• Ability to pass a PCV pre-employment medical
• Full-time, permanent contract - 38 hours per week, rotating shifts
• Overtime paid at 1.5x (£31.56/hr) Monday-Saturday and 2x (£42.06/hr) on Sunday
