Job summary

Danish Crown UK Ltd. is seeking an Engineering Shift Supervisor to lead our Rochdale site’s maintenance and production priorities, ensuring safe and reliable operations across shifts.

You will supervise shift engineers, coordinate fault finding, plan maintenance, and champion continuous improvement through Lean methodologies to maximise line performance and OEE on a daily basis at our Rochdale facility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising technical teams in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong cross-functional communication and safety-first leadership.
• Understanding of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day shift engineering performance and set clear objectives.
• Direct, plan and schedule shift engineering personnel.
• Lead fault-finding and coordinate resource prioritisation to minimise downtime.
• Plan and execute site equipment maintenance with accurate records.
