A Shift Engineering Supervisor role is available in Enfield, London area for a hands-on leader who can drive performance. You’ll oversee Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to keep the plant reliable and safe, guiding root-cause analyses and continuous improvement.

Salary £58,000–£60,000 per year plus benefits, with a 4-on/4-off shift pattern. This full-time position emphasizes people development, safety culture, and operational excellence within a sustainability-focused operation.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong CMMS experience.
• Budget and P&L management capability.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and platforms such as Trello and Slack.
• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
