Job summary

Arcus FM Limited is seeking a dedicated Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to join our Operations team at a North West London site. You will maintain mechanical, electrical and fabric infrastructure to high standards, using CAFM systems and handheld devices.

The role offers a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, enhanced overtime rates and an annual bonus up to 4%, with on-call duties and a 4-on/6-off shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Time-served in Electrical or Mechanical or Fabric disciplines (minimum 3 years).
• City & Guilds Parts1 &2 or NVQ Level3 in Electrical or Mechanical discipline.
• Desirable: 2391 Inspection & Testing, 18th Edition, IPAF/PASMA, First Aid, LV/HV Authorised, full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical and fabric disciplines.
• Ensure compliance, safety and efficiency while upholding company standards.
• Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and respond to alarms.
• Manage reactive tasks via CAFM and meet SLA targets.
• Coordinate subcontractors during maintenance visits and provide cover as needed.
• Maintain 100% compliance with permit-to-work and energy isolations.
