Qualifications

• Time-served craft apprenticeship or equivalent training to NVQ level 3.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety remains a priority.
• Correct or report any hazards.
• Follow food safety legislation.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and communicate handovers.
• Diagnose faults and ensure continuous service.
• Identify and share continuous improvement ideas.
• Ensure planned maintenance work is completed on time.
