Qualifications

• Proven ability to carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
• Experience in ensuring minimal production disruption.
• Ability to drive team performance and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across the factory.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet safety and quality targets.
• Lead a team of engineers and track Engineering KPIs.

Skills

Experience in food manufacturing

Shift-level supervision

Strong understanding of mechanical systems

Strong understanding of electrical systems

Education

NVQ Level 3 or above in Engineering

Recognised qualification in electrical competence (18th Edition)

HACCP Level 2 qualification (preferred)

Tools

CMMS systems (ideally Shire)
