The Collective Network Limited is seeking a Shift Engineer for a modern manufacturing site. You will join an established engineering team and take responsibility for maintaining, diagnosing, and improving equipment reliability, often working with PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics.

The role offers a 4 on 4 off days and nights pattern, a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, and opportunities for training and development on a £55,000 salary (DOE).

Competenze

• Candidates should have a multi-skilled maintenance background with Electrical bias and PLC knowledge.
• Experience with FMCG or food manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong fault-finding skills and hands-on approach are essential.

Mansioni

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across site machinery.
• Diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical faults.
• Working with PLCs, inverters, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Supporting root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Improving equipment reliability, safety and performance.
• Working closely with production to keep operations running efficiently.
