The Imperial London Hotels Limited seeks a Shift Engineer / Property Maintenance Officer to join our dedicated maintenance team at the Holiday Inn Bloomsbury, London. This 40-hour week role covers 5/7 days with flexibility, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor to keep guest rooms and facilities in immaculate condition.

You'll manage daily maintenance tasks, respond to urgent requests, and work with a team of 10 engineers to keep the hotel running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to safety and functionality.
• Team player in busy environments.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks across hotel facilities.
• Ensure guest bedrooms are maintained and presented immaculately.
• Respond to urgent maintenance requests to keep operations running.
• Collaborate with a team of shift engineers to cover 5/7 days.

We’re seeking a Trade Specialist to join our dedicated property maintenance team.

As an essential member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing various daily maintenance tasks, ensuring that guest bedrooms are well-maintained and consistently presented in immaculate condition.

What we’re looking for:

Essential Skills:

• 2 years experience in Property Maintenance or similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive approach to maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.
• Team player who thrives in a busy environment.
• Experience with maintenance management systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Desirable Skills (Not required but a plus):

• Certifications in Facilities Management, Health & Safety, or related fields.
• Experience with energy management and sustainability initiatives.
• Multi-site management experience.
