Stagecoach Highlands in Inverness is seeking an experienced PCV Shift Mechanic to maintain and repair a varied fleet, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for customers. The role offers a guaranteed 45 hours minimum with overtime potential and extensive training.

You will join a supportive team, with opportunities to work on new hybrid and electric vehicles and to progress within the engineering team as a skilled technician.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with a vehicular focus (bus/HGV/LGV/truck/haulage)
• Experience in maintenance and repair of vehicles
• Willingness to train and work with hybrid/electric vehicles

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair a modern and varied fleet to keep services safe and reliable
• Assist with road calls and depot maintenance as required
• Work as part of a team at Inverness depot and across stages of service
