Fire Glass, a UK market leader in fire-rated and specialist glass, seeks a proactive SHEQ professional at our Oldbury head office. You will lead audits, investigate incidents, and advise teams on health, safety, quality and environmental standards across sites.

You will engage staff, support compliance programs, and help maintain ISO 9001/14001 and related certifications with a hands-on, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in health & safety, quality and environmental management within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• NEBOSH or equivalent qualification and ISO auditing exposure are preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and timely reporting.

Responsabilités

• Conduct internal audits and supervise external audits to ensure compliance.
• Support incident investigations and root-cause analysis across sites.
• Assist with customer enquiries and promote safety, quality and environmental standards.
• Provide practical SHEQ advice and training to staff at multiple sites.
