Job summary

CV Technical Limited is seeking a SHEQ Officer to join our safety and compliance team in Haverton Hill, UK. The role requires a NEBOSH General Certificate and at least 2 years in a SHEQ or similar role, with knowledge of UK legislation and ISO standards.

You will conduct audits, risk assessments, deliver inductions, investigate incidents and drive continuous improvement, reporting to management. A pension and healthcare benefits are provided along with generous leave.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SHEQ or similar role
• NEBOSH General Certificate is essential
• Knowledge of UK SHEQ legislation and best practices
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Experience conducting audits and risk assessments

Responsibilities

• Conduct audits, inspections and risk assessments
• Maintain SHEQ policies, procedures and ISO compliance
• Monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Deliver safety inductions and training
• Investigate incidents, complaints and non-conformances
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and standards
• Support corrective actions and continuous improvement
• Report SHEQ issues and trends to management
