An exciting opportunity has opened up with an award-winning specialist roofing andcladding contractor, who are looking for an experienced SHEQ Manager to join their growing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands roofing, cladding, façades or building envelope projects and wants to move into a broader management, safety and quality-focused position.
Importantly, this role can be shaped around the right person. If you enjoy being out on site and want to remain hands-on, there is scope for a more site-based position. Equally, for someone looking to transition into a management-focused role, there are hybrid and office-based options available.
You will take responsibility for Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality performance across a range of roofing, cladding, rainscreen and fire remediation projects throughout the UK.

Site Manager | Site Supervisor | Contracts Manager | Foreperson | Cladding/Roofing Professional | Quality Professional | SHEQ/H&S Professional
You don't necessarily need to have held a SHEQ Manager title before.
If you have strong industry experience, understand site operations and want to develop your career into SHEQ, full training and professional development will be provided.
If you're an experienced roofing or cladding professional who wants to come off the tools and progress into management, this could be an excellent next step.
