Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a proactive SHEQ Coordinator to support the Construction Group SHEQ Team. The role focuses on day-to-day coordination and admin across construction operations to maintain high Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards.

You will manage records, assist with audits and site visits, track actions, and support training and policy documentation. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, with solid experience in SHEQ, HSEQ or construction

We are recruiting for a well-established construction company who are looking for an organised and proactive SHEQ Coordinator to support their Construction Group SHEQ Team.

The role will provide day‑to‑day coordination and administrative support across construction operations, helping to maintain high standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ records, registers and documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and site visits.
• Track actions from audits, incidents and inspections.
• Assist with SHEQ reporting and performance data.
• Support training, inductions and competency records.
• Assist with policies, procedures, risk assessments and other SHEQ documentation.
• Liaise with site and project teams to support SHEQ compliance.

About You

• Previous experience in a SHEQ/HSEQ, Health & Safety, Quality or construction environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively as part of a team.
• Relevant SHEQ qualifications or construction experience would be advantageous
