Job summary

We Are Footprint is seeking a proactive SHEQ Coordinator to support our Construction Group SHEQ Team with day-to-day coordination and administrative duties across operations.

The role requires experience in SHEQ/HSEQ, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel). You will help maintain records, assist audits, and contribute to safety, health, environment and quality standards on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in a SHEQ/HSEQ, Health & Safety, Quality or construction environment.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and work well in a team.
• SHEQ qualifications or construction experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain SHEQ records, registers and documentation.
• Support audits, inspections and site visits.
• Track actions from audits, incidents and inspections.
• Assist with SHEQ reporting and performance data.
• Support training, inductions and competency records.
• Assist with policies, risk assessments and other SHEQ documentation.
• Liaise with site and project teams to support SHEQ compliance.
