BGEN Ltd seeks a proactive SHEQ professional to provide health, safety, environmental and quality support across major projects. You will travel to operational sites and client locations, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, CDM 2015, and company procedures while promoting a positive safety culture.

Key requirements include NEBOSH qualification, ISO auditing experience, CSCS card and driving licence. You will contribute to risk assessments, audits, incidents investigations and continuous

Competenze

• NEBOSH General or Construction certificate.
• 45001/14001/9001 ISO Auditing Experience
• CSCS card or equivalent industry card
• Membership with relevant body
• Valid UK Driving License
• Knowledge of CDM regulations 2015 and the practical application

Mansioni

• Provide SHEQ support across projects with travel to sites and client locations.
• Ensure compliance with UK HSE legislation, CDM Regulations and company procedures.
• Lead risk assessments, safe systems of work and controls for high-risk activities.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours; deliver toolbox talks and briefings.
• Investigate incidents, implement corrective actions and drive continuous improvement.
