Job summary

A leading UK infrastructure services company, Allscreens Nationwide Ltd., is seeking a SHEQ-focused professional to manage on-site safety and regulatory compliance. The role involves leading inspections, RAMS reviews, and delivering engaging safety training on Thames Water Retail contracts.

You will investigate incidents, support accident prevention, run inductions, and contribute to audits while upholding industry standards and a proactive safety culture.

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate and CSCS or EUSR SHEA certification.
  • Solid understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Knowledge of the water industry, including temporary works and street works.
  • Confident delivering engaging training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
  • Support teams to meet and sustain competency standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site inspections across Thames Water Retail contracts ensuring safety and compliance.
  • Review RAMS and prepare clear reports.
  • Provide hands-on SHEQ guidance to teams.
  • Investigate incidents and support accident prevention initiatives.
  • Deliver inductions and facilitate SHEQ training.
  • Support audits and promote a proactive safety culture.

Where will you be working?

We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.

The role be within our Developer services team. Our developer services team connects water and wastewater services, installs lateral drains, and enables new developments access to vital water and wastewater services.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be a vital part of our team, spending most of your time on-site across Thames Water Retail contracts, ensuring operational safety and compliance. You’ll lead site inspections, review RAMS, prepare clear reports, and provide hands‑on SHEQ guidance to teams.

You’ll investigate incidents, support accident prevention initiatives, deliver inductions, and facilitate SHEQ training. Your knowledge will help maintain our industry standards, compiling KPI reports, supporting audits, and promoting a proactive safety culture for continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.

What you’ll bring
  • Do you hold a NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate and valid CSCS or EUSR SHEA certification?
  • Have you gained a solid understanding of UK health, safety, and environmental regulations?
  • Can you demonstrate knowledge of the water industry, including temporary works and street works?
  • Are you confident delivering engaging training, toolbox talks, and safety briefings?
  • Will you support teams to meet and sustain required competency standards?
