Multevo ltd. is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) department. The role focuses on managing, maintaining and analysing information and data produced by the company to support compliance and continuous improvement.
You will assist with RAMS, policy and template maintenance, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely action close-outs. A good command of MS Office, Excel and documentation skills are essential, with ISO knowledge

Reporting into the SHEQ Manager
Providing support to the SHEQ Team and the wider business
Assist with version control of new and existing forms and templates
Answering SHEQ E-Mails as required
Preparing, Monitoring, updating and maintaining departmental templates, policies, procedures and flow charts
Administration of departmental communications e.g. phone calls, post, e-mails etc.
Processing & Assessment of Contractor RAMS
Monitoring and reviewing, internal site audits including action close out management
Management of corrective action database (AINH/PIMS etc)
Management of NCR database
Upkeep of online assessment portals (Constructionline/SafeContractor/RISQS)
Support in preparation of audit material both internal and external (evidence gathering)
Input, management and close out of actions from internal audits and Inspections
Support completion of Pre-Qualification questionnaires
Writing, issuing monitoring, updating and maintaining the toolbox talk library
Monitoring, updating and maintaining the SHEQ folder system (Sharepoint)
Set up and maintaining filing system
Run & manage quarterly regional SHE Committee meetings
Updating legal registers on the LUS system
Creation/maintenance of digital team packs
Support in production of SHEQ statistics
Must have knowledge/previous experience of using Microsoft office software, understanding Microsoft Excel and it’s capabilities
Knowledge of working with ISO 14001, 9001, 45001 would be an advantage
Previous experience working in an administration role within health and safety would be an advantage
Self-motivated person who can work in a team and have a professional approach
Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral
Strong initiative and organisational skills with the ability to work to strict time and quality requirements
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and business managers
Attention to detail and confidentiality are paramount
Excellent computer skills including word, excel, PowerPoint
Be confident liaising with a variety of people both internal and external to the business
Be proactive, able to self-teach IT systems
