Job summary

BDS Recruitment is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Coordinator in the Fulham area. The role is 36 hours per week, working Monday to Friday as a temporary ongoing assignment. You will provide daily communication with residents in sheltered accommodation and perform welfare checks and safety duties.

You must have an enhanced DBS within the last 12 months. Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, fire safety compliance, reporting repairs, and ensuring a safe environment for residents

Qualifications

• Previous sheltered housing experience is mandatory.
• Experience working with older adults (55+).
• Enhanced DBS within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Welfare checks on residents.

• Signposting to services and reporting repairs.
• Reporting maintenance requirements to keep the scheme safe.

YOU MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the Scheme, Duties include wellbeing checks, health and safety, ensuring fire safety compliance, reporting repairs and ensuring safe environment for residents.

Role Summary
