BDS Recruitment is seeking a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor based in the Keswick area. This part-time role is 15 hours per week, delivered across Monday to Friday over three days, with an immediate temporary assignment.

The role involves daily communication with residents who live independently within the scheme, welfare and health and safety checks, signposting and reporting maintenance needs. Enhanced DBS within the last 12 months is required; pay rate is £15.95 per hour PAYE.

Here at BDS Recruitment we are looking to recruit for a Sheltered Housing Scheme Advisor based in the Keswick area.

This role is 15 hours per week.

This will be delivered between Monday to Friday, over 3 Days

This is temp ongoing to start ASAP

Pay rate- 15.95ph PAYE

YOU MUST HAVE ENHANCED DBS FROM THE LAST 12 MONTHS

The main role is to provide daily communication with the residents, who live independently within the scheme.
