Build Recruitment Limited is recruiting an Area Planner for a well-established housing organisation in Sheffield. The role is a 6-month fixed-term contract with a genuine opportunity to go permanent and an immediate start.

You’ll link residents with repairs teams, schedule responsive repair appointments, manage diaries, and coordinate jobs to deliver a high-quality service. Monday–Friday, office-based in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate responsive repair appointments across a designated area.

• Manage diaries and coordinate jobs to support repairs delivery.
• Collaborate with operatives and internal teams.
• Accurately record data and maintain clear records.
